- Question #1  What is the Pug Puppy temperament like?

As obtained from Britannica, the Pug is incredibly independent, very calm, making it sometimes easy to train. However, it is moderately playful as an adult, and it is a fairly low-energy dog. Pug Puppy tend to be aloof toward strangers and may not be pleasant toward strange dogs and people.

 

- Question #2 Can you crop the Pug Puppy's ears in the US?

Although a some U.S. states do have rules about ear cropping, there are no states that have an outright ban. So while it may be legal to crop your Pug dog’s ears anywhere in the United States, you may need to follow a specific procedure. Matter of fact, an article on FindLaw by Brett Snider, Esq. highlights that “for many pet owners, “cropping” or surgically snipping a dog’s ears can be a big decision.”

- Question #3 Can You Ship a Pug Puppy to Me on the Other Side of the U.S?

Yes, we can ship our Pug Puppy all over U.S, Canada and also overseas. We use top class per delivery companies that do an excellent job to make sure your Pug Puppy's arrives safe and sound.

- Question #4 Do you have a waiting list?

​Yes, we do have a waiting list, and can let you know when a specific litter has been born. However, quite often our puppies are sold out before they are born, so it’s a good idea to secure a pick by putting a deposit down on a breeding, which is refunded if the right amount of males or females isnt born. - Question #5 When can I receive my Pug puppy, and what does it come with?

​The Pug puppies are ready to leave our care at 8 weeks depending on where your puppies are needing shipment to. In some cases, it could take a little extra time to get puppies shipped. They will come with a change of pet supplies, ownership form, pedigree papers, care guide, Two – Year Health Guarantee, Vaccination Records, Health Certificate, and Lifetime Genetic Guarantee. If your puppy is to be exported, extra vetwork and time will be needed.

- Question #6 What payment methods do you accept?

Currently. we accept via reputable banking apps such as Zelle,Cash App ,Chime,Apple Pay, Google Pay,Samsung Pay, Bank Instant Wire Transfer, Gift Cards ,Bitcoin, Vanilla, and more. 

- Question #7 What occurs if my puppy is unhealthy upon delivery?

​In case your Pug  puppy appears unwell from not having all its shots or needs deworming. Practically, our return policy ensures that you either get a full refund or a replacement at our expense.

- Question #8 When should I schedule the first vet checkup for my puppy?

​Importantly, you MUST set up a vet visit take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 to 72 hours for proper examination.
