Shipping policy

We prioritize puppy comfort.
Our dedicated team and travel partners always put the health and wellbeing of your puppy first, making sure they arrive safely, and as quickly as possible.

We use trusted Animal forwarding companies and the Nation’s best airlines (United, American, Southwest, Frontier)  to make sure that your puppy is traveling in the most comfortable way possible. Your dog will be relocated to a special pressurized compartment within the aircraft, which is also climate controlled. Our partners make sure that your dog’s comfort during its travels is treated with the utmost importance, and the puppies tend to sleep through the flight. Please choose an airport closest to your home as the final destination.

1. Shipping Options

We offer the following methods for delivering your puppy:

  • Ground Transportation: Puppies are transported via pet-friendly ground carriers.

  • Air Transportation: Puppies are flown in climate-controlled, pet-safe areas of commercial airlines.

All shipping methods comply with animal safety and comfort regulations.

 

2. Shipping Area

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (Within USA/Canada): Nationwide service.

  • International (Optional): Available to select countries. Additional conditions and fees apply.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location.

  • Method of transportation.

  • Additional services (e.g., special handling or priority shipping).

The estimated cost will be provided at the time of purchase. All shipping fees must be paid in full before the puppy is shipped.

4. Shipping Timeline

  • Processing Time: Puppies are shipped once they reach at least 8 weeks of age and have passed a health check by a licensed veterinarian.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–3 days after the shipment date, depending on location and transportation method.

You will receive an estimated delivery date upon booking and tracking details once the shipment is confirmed.

5. Puppy Preparation

  • Before shipping, your puppy will:

  • Receive a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian.

  • Be provided with a health certificate, required by most airlines and state regulations.

  • Travel with a comfortable crate, appropriate bedding, and a small supply of food for the journey.

6. Buyer’s Responsibilities

  • To ensure a smooth delivery, buyers must:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Be available to receive the puppy upon arrival.

  • Notify us of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship puppies to:

  • Locations with extreme weather conditions that could endanger the puppy’s safety.

  • Countries with import/export restrictions or quarantine requirements for animals.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date. A cancellation fee may apply.

  • Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay or cancellation is caused by us.
